I've spent 20+ years moving between very different kinds of pressure: a customer-facing startup, a billion-dollar campaign that couldn't miss a beat, a presidential transition with a hard deadline, and now a federal program with a nine-figure budget and real stakes for the people it serves.

What's carried across all of it is the same job, done in different clothes — take something that's supposed to work, figure out why it doesn't, and rebuild it so it does.
